An industrial company producing XPS (extruded polystyrene) goods, contacted Sfridoo to improve the management of 85 tons per year of XPS production heads and tails, with a disposal cost of €240/ton, or €20,400 per year.
The solution proposed by the Sfridoo team allowed the company to turn a cost into a profit, earning the company €100 per ton of waste.
